About Todd
Todd is a founding partner of SummitET and the Chief Quality Assurance Officer; he is responsible for the planning, administration, and monitoring of all quality management, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes. Todd also serves as a senior exercise planner. A former aviator with the United States Navy, he has extensive experience in emergency response, crisis communications, planning, and training.
As a Naval aviator, Todd made multiple deployments in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM – several of which involved the direct support of U.S. and Coalition special operations forces – and participated in Hurricane Katrina search and rescue operations. Todd was assigned to the Joint Operations Center at Headquarters, United States Special Operations Command, in Tampa, Florida. He planned and conducted security and emergency management exercises for all levels of government and private industry, both domestically and internationally.
