Three things you may not know about me
I lived in Bermuda for three years.
My Great Great Grandfather (9th NH Regiment) was shot in the face at the battle of Spotsylvania (1862) and lost half of his jaw at age 19. Man am I glad he survived.
I have a commercial airplane and helicopter pilot certification.
What do you perceive is the greatest challenge facing America today regarding your subject matter expertise?
Overcoming false and misleading narratives.

About Jim
Jim Dougal currently serves as a Law Enforcement and Tactics Subject Matter Expert for SummitET. He specializes in critical events involving terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), and active shooter preparedness and response.
Jim is a retired U.S. Army Reserve Officer, former Savannah Police Officer, and retired Supervisory Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). With over 30 years of experience, Jim provides vast knowledge regarding WMD, active shooter, personnel security, human intelligence (HUMINT), and tactical operations. During his career, Jim gained over 20 years of law enforcement field experience, including eight years as the Jacksonville FBI Senior SWAT Team Leader and five years as an Operator on the FBI Hostage Rescue Team.
